This professional’s responsibilities will entail the coordination of the logistics team; ensuring the right amount of resources are allocated into the execution of the company’s activities including transportation, raw materials, storage, order processing; and defining and executing the strategic planning of the company’s logistics department.
Logistics Specialist (m/f) – Ermesinde Responsibilities:
logistic activities, processes and KPIs
Organize and optimize the warehouse’s functionality and inventory
Analyze stock performance, define and implement improvement policies
Select logistics operators based on efficiency and reliability criteria
Improve the IT internal software to optimize the value chain
Reduce the company’s clients’ management operational costs
Setting up international logistics operations with innovative approaches (e.g. RFID systems).
Ensuring efficient management of customer stocks, using the mySkypro Portal algorithm.
Profile:
Bachelor’s degree in Management/ Production Engineering/ Logistics/ Math’s, Statistic
Minimum 5 years in similar functions
Passion for continuous learning and improvement
Ambition and creativity about how to face everyday situations, continuously offering innovative solutions to daily challenges
Fluency in English
