We're looking for a talented and motivated Recruitment Assistant Consultant who is fluent in Italian and English to join our client's team!

In this role, you'll connect top talent with exciting opportunities while building strong client relationships.

• respond to our customers' requests within the agreed delivery time, efficiently, effectively, and accurately;


• analyze and screen several documents and CVs from candidates


• get in contact with the candidates to check information and their motivation

requisitos/requirements

• fluency in Italian and English;


• passion for the human resources field;


• demonstrate a passion for customer service, experience and determination to provide a complete solution;


• responsibility, adaptability and resourcefulness, as well as the ability and strong motivation to work from home;


• commitment to a high level of accuracy and excellent attention to detail;


• ability to work on own initiative and under pressure to meet deadlines;


• effective time management strategy, including the ability to multi-task, prioritize, organize and balance the workload;


• proficiency in the use of the Office software package;


• you will have excellent support from a dedicated team leader, but as you will be working from home it is essential that you are computer literate, very flexible with your schedule, have a high level of organizational skills and are independent and autonomous;

oferta/offer

And the conditions?

• base salary of 1300?/month


• meal allowance


• health insurance


• full time, from Monday to Friday


• hybrid (Porto or Lisbon)
