We are looking for a passionate and creative Content Creator to showcase our distinctive collection through engaging and visually captivating content on Instagram and Tik Tok.
Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and imaginative Instagram Content Creator to visually narrate the story of our vintage clothing brand. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of fashion trends, a love for vintage aesthetics, and a natural talent for creating engaging content. You will work closely with our team to develop and execute a content strategy that showcases our curated collection, educates our followers on sustainable fashion, and grows our online community.
Responsibilities:
Content Creation: Develop, shoot, and edit high-quality photos, videos, and reels featuring our vintage clothing collections. Showcase pieces in a stylish and authentic way that speaks to our brand’s vintage, sustainable, and trend-forward ethos.
Style Inspiration: Create daily or weekly fashion inspiration posts, such as styling tips, “how to wear” tutorials, and mood boards that highlight different ways to style vintage clothing.
Instagram Stories & Reels: Create interactive and engaging Instagram Stories and Reels to promote new arrivals, special promotions, or behind-the-scenes moments. Use trends to creatively feature our pieces.
Brand Storytelling: Use captions, images, and videos to tell the story of our clothing and our mission to promote sustainable fashion. Highlight the history and unique qualities of our vintage pieces.
Influencer & Collaboration Partnerships: Identify and collaborate with influencers, stylists, and photographers who align with our brand to feature our products in a fresh and organic way.
Content Calendar: Plan and organize a content calendar that aligns with product launches, seasonal campaigns, and brand initiatives. Ensure consistent posting and engagement with our audience.
Trend Monitoring: Stay up to date on Instagram trends, viral fashion moments, and the latest in vintage fashion to keep content fresh and relevant.
Analytics & Performance: Monitor Instagram performance metrics (likes, shares, comments, saves, etc.) to gauge engagement and optimize content strategies.
Requirements:
Proven experience or interest in content creation, ideally in the fashion, retail, or vintage sector.
Passion for vintage fashion and sustainability, with a strong understanding of the vintage clothing market.
Proficiency in photography, videography, and content editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Lightroom, etc.).
Strong knowledge of Instagram features (Reels, Stories, Shop, etc.) and how to leverage them for maximum engagement.
Excellent writing and communication skills with the ability to create engaging captions and copy.
Creative mindset with an eye for design and an understanding of vintage aesthetics.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.
Enthusiasm for staying up-to-date with fashion trends, especially in the vintage and sustainable fashion communities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with vintage or second-hand fashion brands.
Knowledge of sustainable fashion and a passion for promoting eco-friendly clothing options.
Strong personal Instagram presence or portfolio showcasing your content creation skills.
