Immigration Lawyer

We are an International Real Estate Investment Group looking for a Lawyer experienced in Immigration, for our office based in Lisbon – Parque das Nações.

Main responsibilities:
• Assist investors in applying for and obtaining the Investment Residence Permit (Golden Visa), Permanent Residence, and Portuguese Citizenship;
• Apply for taxpayer numbers and assist in opening bank accounts;
• Handle the notarization of documents;
• Conduct regular follow-ups on processes with AIMA;
• Submission/maintenance of client processes in the ARI portal;
• Provide assistance to Non-Habitual Residents.


Ideal Candidate:
• Law Degree from a Portuguese University and Active Professional Ballot in the respective Order (mandatory);
• Professional experience required – more than 6 years post-admission, with experience in the field of immigration Law;
• Proficiency in English, written and spoken (mandatory);
• Experience in notarial acts and related practice;
• Knowledge of Immigration Law, especially in the context of the Golden Visa, including experience with the ARI portal (mandatory);
• Availability and strong commitment;
• Ability to work autonomously and proactivity;
• Excellent organization skills, cooperation, self-motivation and ability to work effectively in a team.
