Are you passionate about Digital Marketing and performance-driven strategies? Lyca Mobile, a global leader in telecommunications, is looking for a Paid Media Manager to join our Lisbon team!

About the Role
As a Paid Media Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our digital marketing strategies with focus on performance. You'll be responsible for optimizing paid advertising campaigns, driving traffic and conversions, and elevating brand awareness. In this role, you’ll also coordinate our SEO agency, define impactful strategies, and manage key partnerships with affiliates and marketplaces.

What You’ll Do:
 Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across multiple digital platforms;
 Collaborate with the SEO agency to define strategies, set targets, and track performance;
 Develop and oversee affiliate marketing programs and marketplace initiatives;
 Analyze campaign data to uncover insights and continuously improve performance.

Areas of Focus:
 Paid Media: Crafting high-performing advertising campaigns.
 SEO Strategy: Driving organic growth through expert coordination.
 Affiliates & Marketplaces: Expanding reach and maximizing ROI through partnerships.

We are looking for individuals with the following qualifications and attributes:

 Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Management, or related fields (Postgraduate is a plus).
 3-5 years of experience in Paid Media, SEO, or Affiliate Marketing.
 Proficiency in tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and SEMrush.
 Advanced knowledge of PPC, SEO techniques, and affiliate/marketplace management.
 Fluency in English (additional languages are a bonus).
 Strategic thinking and results-oriented approach.
 Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
 Proactive problem-solving attitude.
 Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
 Adaptability to the ever-evolving digital landscape.
