• Possible start: 13.02

Join a dynamic project in the online sports betting and gaming industry, offering top-tier services to millions of customers worldwide. You’ll assist users with account management, transactions, and platform navigation while ensuring a seamless betting experience. ✅ As a Customer Advisor you will:
• Support customers via calls, chat, email, and social media
• Resolve account, login, payment, and technical issues
• Guide users through the platform and betting features
• Handle inquiries and complaints professionally
• Ensure a smooth customer experience by providing clear solutions
✅ Competitive salary and remuneration system (incl. meal allowance):
• 895€ gross x 14 months (it’s 1044€ gross x 12 months)
• 80€ gross- fixed monthly project bonus
• 20 €/month – Transport allowance
• €7.23 NET/day meal voucher!

• Working schedule in the time frames: Monday-Sunday: 8:00-23:00 (Portuguese time – 8h/day, 40h/week, 5 days/week)
• Full time fixed term 6-months employment contract with extension possibility (according to the Portuguese law)
