WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering;
Minimum of 6 years of experience in Energy Generation;
Experienced in O&M management of energy production power plants;
Experienced in contract management;
Experienced in team coordination and management;
Experienced in commissioning, operations and assembly;
Fluent in English (written and spoken);
Ability to plan and manage teams;
Goal-oriented and skilled in managing Customers’ expectations effectively;
Proficiency in Budget Control;
Availability to work abroad (mandatory).

WHAT ROLE WILL YOU PLAY

Plan, monitor, control and manage all activities of the power plant’s O&M team;
Define requirements and establish KPIs for operation and maintenance;
Identify and manage project risks while overseeing the critical tasks of the power plant;
Carry out and oversee maintenance planning;
Seek the the best performance from both the power plant and the team;
Continuously balance the project’s demands in terms of time, cost, scope and quality. Regularly report the results and progress to Production Administration and Administration.
