We’re Hiring a Plant Technical Manager.

Are you passionate about process optimization, product development, and quality? This is your opportunity! We are looking for a dynamic professional to join our client team and lead strategic projects in process engineering, product development, quality control, and innovation.

Responsabilidades: 

- Analyze and control production variables, ensuring efficiency, performance, and technical compliance;

- Support the creation of new products and improvements to existing ones, ensuring effective testing and cost reduction;

- Manage certifications and optimize processes to maintain high quality standards and customer satisfaction;

- Provide technical assistance to production units to enhance productivity and efficiency;

- Collaborate with management to implement and replicate innovative and standardized solutions across operations;

- Ensure compliance with processes and promote a culture of ethics and continuous improvement;

- Develop team members, promote training, and create a motivating and innovative work environment;

- Lead the implementation of internal control systems, safety, quality, and environmental compliance.

Requisitos: 

- Experience in process engineering, quality management, or related areas;

- Knowledge of quality and safety standards (ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, among others);

- Ability to manage teams, implement best practices, and foster innovation;

- Results-oriented mindset with the ability to meet strategic goals.
