Your responsibilities:
Responsibility for the recruiting process from job requisition to onboarding
Establishing and maintaining a network of qualified candidates.
Conducting job interviews, aptitude diagnostics and creating meaningful candidate profiles.
Ensuring professional and cultural suitability through careful selection.
Direct exchange and close, efficient collaboration with the Germany team to provide holistic solutions.
Supporting placed candidates until they receive professional recognition.
Maintaining applicant databases.
What you bring:
Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent qualification.
At least 2 years of experience in recruitment for direct placement.
Strong service orientation and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Initiative and structured way of working.
Ambition, determination, flexibility and sales talent.
Excellent communication skills for successfully interacting with candidates and internal teams, both written and verbal, to ensure clear, compelling and positive interactions.
Willingness to travel occasionally within
Portugal and the EU.
