Workster partners with a leading worldwide BPO in Greece to hire Customer Service Experts with Portuguese (EU) to work our of their
office in Athens or remotely from anywhere in Greece for several big clients. You will receive a paid flight and support with setup in Athens or anywhere in Greece, including 2 weeks of paid hotel, real estate fees and tips on how to start your career in a new country.
Your Role
Handle different channels (email, chat, voice) by providing superior customer service
Deal with issues related to products, replacements, age verification, or requests from clients
Utilizing a variety of client tools such as Zimbra, Zendesk and Teams
Representing leading brands with the utmost professionalism
Your Qualifications
Must be bilingual in Portuguese (C1) and English (B2/C1) speaking and writing
Experience in Customer Support or similar
Great communication skills, written and orally
Demonstrate strong abilities to work independently and as a
remote team player
Must be adaptable and flexible, demonstrating abilities to work with process and information changes
Proven customer communication experience (E-mail & Phone)
Strong working knowledge of external systems and PC based internet and software applications (e.g. internet,
Microsoft Office)
