We are looking for an API Architect to join a hybrid project in Lisbon.
Profile:
- Solid experience in API Governance within a large organization, including industrialization;
- Solid experience in API design using the OAS standard, defining security requirements, and utilizing API Management tools;
- At least 5 years of experience with APIs;
- Expertise in API Management platforms (e.g., WOS2, Apigee);
- Proficient in OpenAPI v3, Swagger 2, WSDL, JSON, and XML;
- Advanced understanding of Authentication/Authorization protocols and encryption methods (OAuth2, OIDC, mTLS, TLS/SSL);
- Hands-on experience with API Design Tools and Linters;
- Fluency in English.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the API lifecycle in compliance with the organizational governance model;
- Review API specifications to ensure adherence to internal guidelines;
- Assess and propose improvements to API security models to align with established standards;
- Facilitate the API lifecycle across various projects;
- Drive the industrialization of the API lifecycle process.
