We are recruiting an ETL Developer to join a hybrid project in Lisbon.
Profile:
- Experience in ETL tools: IBM Datastage PX or similar;
- Experience in development languages: SQL and PL/SQL (preferably Oracle);
- Proficiency in Shell Scripting and Unix/Linux environment;
- Experience with versioning (GIT) and automation (Jenkins) tools;
- Ability to document bug reports, tickets and code changes;
- Experience in technical analysis and documentation;
- Advanced English (minimum C1).
Responsibilities:
- Participate in the ETL development cycle, including analysis, development, testing and deployment, with a focus on IBM Datastage PX and SQL;
- Ensure unit testing, integration and automated testing (tools such as Octane or Quality Center);
- Identify innovative ideas and proofs of concept in line with project requirements;
- Level 3 maintenance and support of the application portfolio;
- Acquire functional and technical knowledge in key elements of the application and/or technology portfolio;
- Challenging business and/or technical requirements to deliver improved solutions;
- Contribute to the definition of technical solutions and develop customizable components for Datastage;
- Monitor application performance and correct related issues;
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality projects.
