We are recruiting a Digital Assets Planner and Coordinator for a company specialising in the manufacture of footwear.

Responsabilidades: 

- To manage the end-to-end product image and photography pipeline, prioritizing high-quality, timely asset delivery;

- To efficiently coordinate team deliverables, assigning tasks, managing end-to-end timelines, and anticipating cross-functional business needs;

- To maintain organizational efficiency, clear communication, and logistical coordination, with a focus on continuous improvement;

- To build and maintain a robust reporting structure, identifies issues early, implements solutions, and provides transparent status updates;

- To ensure scalability, consistency, and efficiency across all teams involved to support organizational goals and objectives.

Requisitos: 

- Bachelor's Degree in Operations, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Project Management, Digital Asset Management, or a related field;

- Proven success in Digital Asset Management, Project Coordination/Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Production Planning or similar role;

- Fluent in English and Portuguese;

- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment, fostering collaboration and understanding between different departments both onsite and remotely;

- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
