Position: Permanent Contract
Based in: Parque das Nações
Mandatory: English
Role:
You will be providing L2 support for all requests on networking topics in consideration of SLA’s
You are responsible for providing support services in alignment to ITIL
You are responsible supporting the Presta Steering facilities around the world in all questions of provided support area
You have knowledge of ITSM tools in general and it’s use in alignment with standards and regulations
You are responsible for the fulfillment of Level 2 network service requests and incidents based on defined SLAs and KPIs
You will use of organizations ITSM tool for resolution tracking of incidents and requests
You are responsible for performing regular network maintenance (Operating system upgrades and configuration changes)
You will partake in network projects that improve old or introduce new concepts into the existing network environment.
You are responsible for the documentation of service-related activities and project related workloads
Technical Skills:
Knowledge of LAN and WAN technologies
Knowledge of Network Security technologies such as firewalls, secure internet gateways and network authentication protocols
Previous experience with Cisco Switches, Wireless controllers, ISE, DNAC and Barracuda CloudGen firewalls
Basic knowledge in Microsoft server, Linux server and VMWare virtualization technologies
Experience with Network Management tools (Network monitoring, IPAM, Netflow, Zscaler)
Requirement Profile
You have experience in similar network operations service role (service desk, daily operations and project related tasks)
You have multi-year experience in Enterprise IT Infrastructure environment
You graduated from university or equivalent education
You have experience in CCNA, Barracuda, ITIL or other IT relevant certifications are highly regarded
You have good English and/or German language skills in speaking and writing
