Principais responsabilidades

Reporting to the Retail Director, this Visual Merchandising Manager - Fashion Retail will be responsible for:



  • Create strong and close relationship with stores in order to put in place innovative and creative visual merchandising displays;

  • Train and coach stores' teams on visual merchandising best practices to ensure all displays are executed effectively and efficiently, always having in consideration each brand's DNA;

  • Monitor and analyze sales and stocks to adjust visual merchandising strategies as needed to optimize sales performance;

  • Liaise with Retail Data Analyst in the before & after and A/B testing analysis;

  • Define and control VM budget as well inventory;

  • Create and ensure training materials for the Retail Academy platforms and supports;

  • Provide VM expertise in the stores taskforce groups;

  • Assure mannequins styling in centre experience moments or windows;

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in visual merchandising to continuously produce wow store presentations.

Perfil desejado

The ideal profile for Visual Merchandising Manager - Fashion Retail position should have:



  • Academic background in Fashion or similare areas (preferential);

  • English fluency (mandatory);

  • Previous experience in a VM role with a regional or multi site operation (mandatory);

  • The ability to influence at all levels and be the brand ambassador;

  • Initiative, a positive approach, creative and organisational skills;

  • A good understanding of all creative design software;

  • Styling and in-store VM experience on a premium level;

  • Organised with strong communication skills;

  • Creative with a commercial understanding of the business;

  • VM budget monitoring and prioritising of task;

  • Analytical skills to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
