We are looking for a Business Associate for our project, to provide data curation and annotation services to help develop (virtual) assistant platforms. The associate will work closely with Machine Learning, providing the critical data they need to improve Virtual assistant's language understanding capabilities.
Role / Responsibilities:
• Identifying and making sense of language patterns
• To recognize the patterns and the meaning from composition of words of assigned language
• To distinguish similarities and differences between various intentions uttered on Virtual Assistant
• Deliver excellent performance to achieve and exceed contractual SLA
• Ensuring production quality and target KRAs are met
• Meet expectations of process and should be able to sense business requirements
Requirements:
• Norwegian (Native / C1) and English (B2-C1)
• Excellent proficiency in grammar
• Bachelor’s degree in related discipline (preferential)
• Ability to identify gaps and suggest improvement plans
• Good communication skills
• High attention to details
• Autonomous, proactive and good team player
Our offer:
• Base salary above average (x 14months)
• Meal allowance (7,63€ per day worked, in meal card)
