Responsibilities:
. We seek candidates that are able to ensure a service of exceptional quality and have the ability to provide our customers the needed clarifications about their service. Our agents will also be responsible for the follow up and management of clients accounts.

Location: Parque das Nações, Lisbon

Requisitos:
. Native level of written and verbal communication skills in Italian and good understanding of English (B2 Level);
. High school completed (mandatory);
. Experience in providing customer suppport through the following channels: Social Media Chat e-Mail Calls;
. Good computer and internet skills;
. Live in Portugal;
. Previous experience in Contact Centre or Customer Service (preferable);
. Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills and team spirit;
. Client oriented attitude, with a knack for helping others.
