We are looking for a French-speaking Customer Service Representative for a full-time position, either on-site or in a hybrid mode.

* Your main responsibilities will include:

- Providing customer support in French via phone, email, and chat.
- Handling post-sales requests, including deliveries, warranties, and refunds.
- Supporting incoming sales, promoting products, and optimizing customer satisfaction (without using aggressive sales tactics).
- Keeping customers informed about the status and resolution of their requests.
- Recording and tracking orders or requests in the CRM, in compliance with the client’s policies and requirements.
- Communicating effectively with customers and resolving issues using troubleshooting techniques.
- Ensuring high-quality customer service on a daily basis.
- Skills and qualifications required:

- Proficiency in French (C2 level required; if it is your native language, this will be considered a significant advantage).
- Fluency in English (minimum B2 level).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to solve problems and troubleshoot.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
- Strong self-motivation and the ability to work well in a team.
- Flexibility to work in shifts.
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.

* Job details:

- Location: Lisbon (on-site or hybrid, no fully remote option).
- Schedule: According to the client’s needs.
- Contract: Fixed-term contract of 6 months, renewable full-time (in accordance with Portuguese law).
- Health insurance: Private health insurance with dental coverage (free after 6 months).
- Training: Initial training provided, no prior experience required.
- Recruitment process: 100% online.

* Salary and benefits:

- Salary: Competitive, aligned with market standards, with options for different payment structures.
- Performance bonus: Opportunity for additional earnings based on performance indicators.
- Meal allowance: €7.23 net/day (approximately €145 NET/month) via meal voucher card (COVERFLEX).
- Transport allowance: €20/month.

* Relocation package:

- Airfare reimbursement: After 6 months.
- Accommodation: Possibility of company-owned apartment accommodation with a fixed rent of €280.
