Position: IT Security Manager
Seniority: Junior/Mid-level (2 to 3 years)
Skills Required:
Fundamentals in Computing: Proficiency with popular operating systems such as Linux and Windows, with a particular focus on Windows and MS365 environments.
Enterprise Database Systems: Knowledge of enterprise database systems like MySQL and MSSQL is essential.
Responsibilities:
IT Security Management: As a Junior/Mid-level IT Security Manager with 2 to 3 years of experience, your primary role will be to ensure the security of the internal IT infrastructure while providing support to the broader IT team.
User Support: Provide general support for users working on MAC, PC, M365, and Remote Desktop environments.
Windows Server Security: Maintain and monitor Windows servers to ensure they meet security standards.
Documentation: Update and maintain documentation to improve customer service and internal processes.
Team Support: Assist colleagues and support internal IT operations, with a special emphasis on Microsoft solutions, given the company's status as a Gold Partner.
Key Focus Areas:
Risk Assessment Implementation: Implement and manage technical risk assessments within the organization.
Follow up on these assessments to ensure they are effective and up to date.
Security Assessment Development: Drive the development of the security assessment concept for both internal stakeholders and customers.
Innovate and enhance methods for technical risk assessment, including the automation of data capture and reporting.
Collaboration: Participate in other team tasks as needed to support overall IT operations and security objectives.
Compliance: The candidate will be required to sign an ITSIT statement of compliance.
