Brasserie Dunnik in Zwolle is looking for a talented and experienced Head Chef to join our kitchen team. Do you have a passion for cooking and can you make the most delicious sauces? Are you also excellent at organizing a kitchen? Then we are looking for you!
--Job Description--:
As the Head Chef at Brasserie Dunnik, you will be responsible for creating culinary masterpieces and ensuring the quality of our dishes. Your tasks will include:
*Preparing dishes with a focus on presentation, taste, and quality.
*Developing new menu items.
*Coordinating kitchen activities and leading the kitchen team.
*Ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are met.
*Cleaning kitchen.
--Requirements--:
*Proven experience as a Head Chef in a professional kitchen.
*Excellent skills in making sauces.
*Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
*Flexibility and stress resilience.
*Good english and portuegeus.

*A competitive salary.
*good work/life balance not more then 40/ 45 hours per week, mostly four days working
*A two-month trial period with accommodation provided
*After the trial period, if all requirements are met, we offer assistance with finding accommodation that we manage ourselves.
