We are looking for talents to work in customer support positions in Portugal.
Requirements:
Proficiency in English and Portuguese (C1/C2)
Tech Background 1 to 2 years, preferably in security and system administration
Tech Support Experience 1 to 2 years in TI Team
Proficiency in analysis and problem solving
Nice to have:
Experience on Windows Server, Windows Client, Active Directory and, or Azure Active Directory Administration.
