Description

• Ensure accounting and statutory reporting of companies under IFRS and Local Gaap (SNC).


• Ensure the monthly closing of the accounts of companies in Group or third parties, owners or providing services relating to shopping centres in Portugal.


• Ensure timely execution and control of the accounting operations of designated companies with the following activities: posting invoices; launch and control of accruals and deferrals; launch and control of various closing operations; analysis of balance sheets and control of the respective accounts. ​


• Prepare the "Package" for the Consolidation department;


• Produce annual statutory accounts and prepare the IES report.

Profile

• Degree in Accounting or Management;


• Between 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Accounting or Auditing areas;


• Certified Accountant (Plus);


• Fluent in English and Portuguese (mandatory);


• Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel (mandatory) and SAP knowledge would be a plus;


• Analytical thinking and high level of accuracy;


• Proactive and reliable person;
