Detalhes da Função:

• Acolher e aconselhar os clientes; 


• Atender e servir clientes à mesa em contexto de cafetaria / restaurante;


• Respeitar os standards definidos para o conceito do espaço;


• Assegurar a organização de cada atendimento ao cliente;


• Cooperar no bom funcionamento do espaço;

Perfil e Requisitos:

• Experiência profissional em funções semelhantes (preferencial);


• Conhecimento de línguas estrangeiras (inglês - requisito; outras línguas - preferencial);


• Forte orientação para o cliente;


• Boa capacidade de comunicação;


• Espírito de equipa, flexibilidade, dinamismo e proatividade;


• Facilidade na interação com o cliente;


• Disponibilidade para horários rotativos.

• Welcome and advise customers;


• Serve customers at the table in a cafeteria/restaurant context;


• Respect the standards defined for the concept of the space;


• Ensure the organization of each customer service;


• Cooperate in the proper functioning of the space;

Profile and Requirements:

• Professional experience in similar functions (preferred);


• Knowledge of foreign languages (English - requirement; other languages - preferred);


• Strong customer orientation;


• Good communication skills;


• Team spirit, flexibility, dynamism and proactivity;


• Ease of interaction with the customer;


• Availability for rotating schedules.
