MS Group - Digital Marketing Manager

MS Collection is a 5-star brand of Portuguese hotels, a brand seeking positioning in the global luxury hospitality market, intends to reinforce its team in the Marketing Department with the integration of a Digital Marketing Manager for its Porto office.

Key tasks/activities:

Plan, execute, and manage all digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media;
Establish and execute a digital marketing strategy to distribute contente;
Maintain consistent brand messaging across all social channels;
Identify, analyse, and measure trends and content to assess how well it’s performing and optimize user experience;
Create and maintain an editorial calendar to deliver targeted contente;
Work with the department Director to maintain MS Collection digital presence;
Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies;
Follow up all tasks inherent to the website backoffice.


Requirements, Skills and Experience:

Academic background in Marketing/ Digital Marketing or similar;
Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar roles;
Previous experience in the hospitality market will be valued;
Knowledge of Adobe tools;
Full professional proficiency in English;
Social media savvy, with a passion for staying on top of trends;
Strong sense of creativity, imagination, and innovation;
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with other departments;
In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and best practices;
Ability to analyse consumer metrics, reports, and trends;
Strong project management skills.
