Are you a French speaker who is looking for an opportunity to grow in a multicultural environment?
Vertente Humana is currently recruiting French speakers to work in exciting projects for internationally recognized brands.
Our client is a renowned company located in Braga.
Tasks:
- Handling all incoming customer requests by phone, email and chat, in line with service standards and procedures, offering excellence and quality of service to customers;
- Managing pending situations: exchanges, complaints, returns, among other issues;
- Registration in the system of all requests/changes indicated by the client.
Requisitos:
Profile:
- Native level of written and verbal communication skills in French;
- Level B2 in English;
- Previous experience in Customer Service is valued;
- Good computer and internet skills;
- Excellent communication skills coupled with empathy, team spirit and customer oriented;
- Flexibility and resilience.
