Production Manager HPS Shenzhen (China)

In close collaboration with the Asia General Manager, you manage the entity's production.
In complete autonomy, you will organize and manage all the activities of the company workshop: Manpower, production planning, quality, improvement process, stock management, capex.
Your main missions will be the following:
• Organize and control the workshop operations
• Implementation of new product (process, manufacturing, control)
• Propose industrial and technical optimizations
• Supervise workshop purchase
• Manage the stock
• Manage and support teams by creating and maintaining good team cohesion (good social climate)
• Master the ERP system and process
• Supervise and ensure the quality process
• Organize the maintenance
• Help to set new production plant with the Asian G.M.

Comfortable in an environment with a high level of technical and quality requirements and endowed with a real natural leadership, you will be a pillar in the organization and thus contribute to the success of this multinational.
• Lead and manage the entire workshop of HPS Shenzhen
• Responsible for the stock management
• Responsible of the supplier chain
• Responsible of the workshop team
• To implement and enhance HPS culture and People guidelines within the local entity

Desired profile:
- Graduated in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Fluids, etc.
- Significant experience essential in the management of production unit in an industrial SME environment such as general mechanics
- Solid and recognized in various technical skills (mechanics, hydraulics, fluids, robotization, automation, machining, welding, assembly, etc.)
- Good practice of English
- Sense of SME culture, Hands-on profile and good interpersonal skills
- Lathe and Milling machine programming
- Familiar with design software (Inventor or others)
