IT Program/Project Manager

Multinational in the area of Electrical and Electronics sector is looking for a candidate for the position: IT Program/Project Manager.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, business administration, or a related discipline;
PMP and/or Certified ScrumMaster certification;
Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in project management and IT software development experience. IT SDLC knowledge is required;
Matrix management experience, team leadership, and business systems analysis;
Strong attention to detail, excellent verbal and written English communication skills, proven customer partnering and relationship building with business units;
Proactive, analytical, and process driven, with a strong focus on understanding and exceeding the expectations of the customer;
Project management proficiency software tools to support project plans, portfolio management, and document sharing.

Main Responsibilities:
Continuously develops & streamlines PMO related processes for scalability. Innovates & brings ideas for adding value to our customers, the PMO team members, & the overall organization;
Establishes and integrates PMO measures, metrics, thresholds, and targets to drive performance in alignment with business strategies;
Manage multiple enterprise projects from initiation to successful completion in a fast-paced environment;
Manage project scope and completion of deliverables within project timelines;
Facilitate project meetings with various types and levels of stakeholders;
Manage project budget including capital/expense and invoice review/approval;
Manage vendors and third-party resources to Statement of Work deliverables and responsibilities.
