Dispatcher (logistics, drayage)

This is a full-time remote role for a Drayage Dispatcher with strong emphasis on sales skills and advanced, native-adjacent English. The Drayage Dispatcher will be responsible for managing and coordinating the transportation of goods using both company-owned and owner-operator trucks, and securing strong relationships with our customers. Daily tasks may include communicating with drivers, handling customer inquiries, coordinating shipments, and ensuring on-time pickup and delivery, ensuring correct and timely billing and customer satisfaction.

We offer a range of services including expedited drayage, door-to-door drayage, dry/reefer delivery, warehouse storage and transloading, and truck and trailer repair.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of transportation and logistics industry
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Experience with dispatching software or systems
Familiarity with drayage operations
Experience in customer service
Attention to detail and accuracy
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Knowledge of truck maintenance and repair is an advantage.
