Verisure is seeking an experienced, talented, innovative, hands-on and passionate Group Oracle Cloud ERP CoE Senior Specialist with the capacity to play a managerial role in our development of a Group ERP Center of Excellence Team, with colleagues in Madrid, Sweden & Lisbon. The role will report to the Group ERP GPO and will be based in Madrid. Extensive internal and external training will be provided to ensure optimal employee development.

On the back of the extraordinary growth we have enjoyed in the past years, we aim to strengthen and further develop our Group ERP Center of Excellence function including a strategic decision to centralise the function in Lisbon.

Responsibilities will include, among others:

  • Coordination and leadership of support and maintenance activities (incident management, service request management), SLA implementation and helpdesk management related to the support model Process

  • Responsible for implementation of a CoE structure evolution, enabling the transition of CoE support model to an "in house" structure with Verisure internal resources. Constantly growing team until last market go-live in end 2024

  • Act as PMO for multiple small, medium and large projects after go-live in markets, incl rollout of IFRS 16 module for all our 18 markets in corporation with Lisbon based Group accounting function

  • Provide in-depth Oracle ERP cloud solution functional knowledge to support changes, upgrades and releases. Including lead and coordination on functional training, validation and user support

  • To review and evaluate the new features included in Oracle Service Packs (quarterly updates) for further business process evolution and continuous improvement

  • To possess a deep functional understanding of the implemented cloud solution within the business and their pillar specialism (FIN - AP / AR / CM / AM / General Ledger)

  • To elaborate strategy for training and to deploy training waves to company stakeholders, validators and end users (refresh training cycles on existing functionalities, new functionalities, etc.)

Experience and Qualifications

As a result, we are looking for a self-starter and high potential / top performer individual who will combine deep Oracle Fusion Cloud knowledge with a proactive business mindset focused on driving value to the business.

  • +5 years relevant experience, as part of an international team in a large organization

  • Extensive experience in FIN transactional processes, specifically Oracle technology, with proven experience in managing teams in support/maintenance activities during implementation programs

  • Strong financial process and operation knowledge and deep understanding of Oracle system architecture and emerging capabilities

  • Experience in managing teams in ERP support model through change with and ability to influence at all levels with a customer service mindset

  • Experience coordinating people, and working in project management

  • Familiarity with compliance and governance controls

  • High education degree in Finance / Economics / Business / IT / Engineering

  • Fluent in written and spoken English. Spanish/French desirable
