Your new role
- Provide comprehensive legal counsel on corporate law matters, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and industry standards;
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts, safeguarding the interests of the organization;
- Manage all aspects of intellectual property;
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to stay abreast of legislative changes and advise management accordingly;
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to devise effective strategies for legal issues and dispute resolution.


What you need to succeed
- Bachelor’s degree in Law; Certification in corporate law or relevant field preferred;
- Minimum of 7 years of legal practice experience, with a focus on corporate. In-house experience is advantageous;
- Profound understanding of Portuguese corporate laws and regulations;
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills;
- Fluency in English is essential;
- Additional expertise in complementary areas such as GDPR and compliance is highly valued.
