Responsibilities:
Content Review: Evaluate and moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with client guidelines and safety standards.
Quality Assurance: Maintain a high standard of quality in all reviews, ensuring accurate and consistent moderation.
Policy Adherence: Implement and adhere to social media policies, standards, and guidelines.
Collaboration: Work closely with the content team to provide feedback and suggestions for service improvements.
Trend Research: Stay updated with industry trends to enhance content moderation strategies.
Qualifications:
Language Skills: German (B2 level) and English (B2 level).
Attention to Detail: Exceptional eye for detail to ensure accuracy and quality in content review.
Empathy and Motivation: Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and a positive attitude.
Tech Savvy: Comfortable with digital content and quick to learn new software and tools.
Experience: Previous experience in content moderation, text editing, or digital content analysis is a plus but not mandatory.
