Content Reviewing Italiano - Lisbon PNS

Are you looking for a career in Social media in a multicultural and multinational environment? Our client is recruiting ITALIAN speakers for an opportunity in content reviewing in an inclusive workplace.

TASKS:

• Investigating and resolving issues regarding reported/flagged content on social media;
• Handling and supporting client policies and guidelines;
• Keeping quality requirements in terms of user safety

REQUIREMENTS:

• 0 to 1-year experience working on content quality, safety or policy in a major tech or media company (Preferable, but not mandatory);
• Ability to work across shifts;
• European citizenship or a valid work permit in Portugal;
• Fluency in ITALIAN (C1/C2/Native), strong verbal and written command (min. B2 level) of English;
