Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an Information Technology Help Desk Technician at Purever Industrial Solutions in Nelas. As a Help Desk Technician, your daily tasks will include providing technical support (hardware & software), troubleshooting desktop computers, supporting printers, providing help desk support and support produtction infrastructure and Backup & Disaster & Recovery.
Qualifications
IT technical training background
Experience installing and maintaining software and hardware;
Experience in troubleshooting desktop computers
Strong knowldge of network, storage and backups;
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills;
Ability to work well in a team;
Experience in providing IT support in an industrial or manufacturing environment is a plus;
Relevant certifications/ knowledge (e.g., networking assests configuration, as routers/ switches/ firewalls; SQL; office 365) are preferred;
