F&B Marketing Executive (M/F) - Holiday Inn Express Évora

Do you want to be part of a dynamic and innovative project in full growth? AHM is a hotel management company with new projects across the country. We are hiring for the position of F&B Marketing Executive (M/F) for our project at Holiday Inn Express in Évora.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies for the restaurant and its digital channels;
• Develop, maintain, and promote the concept and brand identity of the restaurant with the company's agencies;
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns, special offers, and events to boost customer engagement and revenue;
• Manage online marketing efforts, including social media promotion and content creation for the restaurant;
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors' offerings, and customer preferences to better align the restaurant's offerings and marketing strategies;
• Foster relationships with influencers, local media, and other potential partners brought in by our communication agency to increase visibility of the restaurant;
• Develop and manage the restaurant marketing budget, ensuring a good return on investment for all campaigns and initiatives;
• Collaborate to promote special events or launches;
• Analyze the success of marketing campaigns, providing regular reports on ROI;
• Elaboration and implementation of the annual Marketing plan for the restaurant;
• Elaboration and implementation of the launch plan for new restaurant concepts and spaces;
• Work as restaurant´s Guest relations for lunch and dinner.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or Communication;
• Proven work experience as marketing professional in F&B area;
• Knowledge of modern marketing techniques;
• High-level communication and networking skills;
• A passion for social media (good photography and copywriting skills are a plus);
• Understanding of F&B commercial trends and marketing strategies;
• Good project management skills;
• Have fantastic presentation skills;
• Be an excellent negotiator;
• Have exceptional communication skills;
• Ability to work well under pressure;
• Live in Évora or close;
• Availability to work from lunch to dinner.
