About the project:
You will support German-speaking clients of the biggest social media platform in the world. Providing technical support designed in a B2B approach to adapt to company's clients needs to sustain and expand their businesses as social media content creators.
What you will be doing:
Supporting content creators and influencers in various social media platforms;
Subscription Management, Account Management, Technical Troubleshooting;
Processing inquiries from new and existing customers (small and medium-sized businesses) via telephone, email and live chat;
No sales involved;
Supporting the customers after they purchased services;
Independent and proactive solution finding using the constantly available knowledge base;
Requirements:
Fluency in German
Communicative level of English language (B2)
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
What we offer:
Base salary: 1398 gross
Productivity bonus of up to 500 gross

Initial contract with a duration of 12 months, permanent after 2 years (or 1 renewal)
