German Customer support - Lisbon office (monday to friday)

Office position in Lisbon
Monday to Friday - no weekends
No Experience Needed: training is provided

As a Customer Support Representative, you will help customers in any situation and resolve their concerns or escalate them to higher levels of support. Support is provided via incoming calls, chat and email, in German.

Your tasks:

Processing customer inquiries in German;
Customer contact via telephone, chat and email;
Processing inquiries from corporate customers (B2B);
Assistance with questions about programs such as Acrobat Reader, Captivate, Creative Cloud, Dreamweaver, Framemaker, InDesign, Photoshop, Presenter and much more.
Technical troubleshooting;
Customer Account Management.

What you need:

Fluency in German (must be at least C1)
Communicative level of English ( at least B2)
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively

What you will gain:

Standard salary of 1400 gross per month
Working hours: Monday to Friday 08:00-17:00
The first contract for 12 months, It is possible to sign a permanent one after 2 years (or renewing the previous one)
