Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Polish support specialist with emphasis on providing support services to clients in Poland. You will be responsible for answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining customer satisfaction. You will be required to communicate in Polish via phone, email, and chat, and document customer interactions and feedback.

Qualifications

Fluency in Polish
Customer service experience with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to provide efficient solutions, multi-task, and work under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced, and changing environment
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze, diagnose and resolve customer issues in a timely manner
Demonstrated ability to be a team player, adaptable, and flexible
Prior experience using CRM software and other support tools is a plus
