Role Description
You will be required to communicate in Dutch via phone, email, and chat, and document customer interactions and feedback.
Qualifications
Fluency in Dutch
Customer service experience with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to provide efficient solutions, multi-task, and work under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced, and changing environment
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze, diagnose and resolve customer issues in a timely manner
Demonstrated ability to be a team player, adaptable, and flexible
Prior experience using
CRM software and other support tools is a plus
