PPM Coachers is recruiting for the position of Demand & Transformation Manager | PMO!

Your mission:

  • Orchestrate the IT demand funnel, managing global demands from business-side definition through development and testing within IT, to enable transparency about need and capacity for effort, as well as fact-based prioritization;
  • Establish project governance structures, policies and procedures to ensure projects are aligned with organizational goals and objectives;
  • Develop and implement project management methodologies, such as Agile, Waterfall or a hybrid approach, to guide the execution and delivery of large IT transformation projects;
  • Define standardized project management models, tools, and techniques to promote consistency and efficiency across all projects;
  • Provide training, guidance and support to project managers and project teams to enhance their project management skills and competencies;
  • Manage project resources, including personnel, budget, and equipment, to ensure optimal allocation and utilization across all projects;
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to minimize the likelihood of project failure or delays;
  • Establish quality standards and processes to ensure project deliverables meet stakeholder expectations and organizational requirements;
  • Generate project status reports, dashboards, and other communications materials to keep stakeholders informed about project progress, issues, and milestones;
  • Monitor and evaluate project performance against established metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and take corrective actions as necessary;
  • Manage the organization's project portfolio to prioritize and align projects with strategic objectives, optimize resource allocation and maximize return on investment;
  • Continuously evaluate and improve project management practices, processes and methodologies based on lessons learned and industry best practices;
  • Engage with key stakeholders, including executives, sponsors, and project teams, to gain buy-in, resolve conflicts, and foster collaboration throughout the project lifecycle;
  • Support program/project management and workflow leaders in the daily operations of large IT transformation projects.
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the Demand & Transformation Manager or Project Management Office Senior role;
  • Experience in standardizing and simplifying Project Management processes, practices, and governance;
  • Degree in Business Administration, Business Computing/Business IT, Computer Science or equivalent;
  • Strong organizational and time management skills;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, agile Project Management tools, and other relevant software;
  • High willingness to learn and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment;
  • English C1|C2;
  • Portuguese C1|C2.
