We are currently looking for a new member for the Reporting, Property Management team to join us in the position of Specialist, Communication & Digital Activation - AlgarveShopping & Algarve Retail Park.

Working Place: Portugal

Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing or Communication (preferential)
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in Marketing, preferably acquired in shopping centers or retail
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage external providers
  • Fluent in English
  • Proficient in MS Office and Digital Marketing and Social Media Platforms
  • Open minded and creative, with strong communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities:

  • Support in the implementation of the marketing plan, in order to improve the Shopping Centre's image, attractiveness, customer loyalty and retention;
  • Introduce the Shopping Centre to institutional entities that may hold future events/exhibitions in its spaces and to communication companies and agencies, for the purpose of making the Shopping Centre enter the channels defined in its communications actions and strategies;
  • Coordinate and oversee events, subcontracting services for this purpose, presenting briefings to suppliers and agencies, in order to ensure the promotion of the intended image;
  • Monitor the progress of events and campaigns, namely assessing the actions in terms of receptivity/adherence, operability, impact on the media and on shopkeepers;
  • Manage the marketing budget of common expenses, attempting to take advantage of the existing synergies to lower the total marketing costs of the Shopping Centre;
  • Negotiate sponsorship agreements in order to make the actions defined in the Marketing strategies more profitable or feasible.
