Our client is the world leader in lighting. They provide a line of color changing LED lamps and white bulbs which can be controlled wirelessly
And their connected lighting offerings bring light and the data they collect to devices, places and people – redefining what light can do and how people use it.
Their innovations contribute to a safer, smarter, more sustainable world.
✅ Daily activities:
• Support of all customers’ requests in German by multiple communication channels (phone or email)
• Maintain solid customer relationships by handling their inquiries and concerns (i.e. troubleshooting, fraud order and returns)
• Be knowledgeable about given offer and providing the product information – LED lamps, possibilities of pairing devices, wirelessly managing by app
• What are the differences between these devices before ordering
• Answers delivery questions like: “I was expecting my product yesterday, but I have no news yet on the status of my issue”
✅ Competitive salary and compensation system:
• €1283 gross x 12 months or €1100 gross x 14 months
• up to €100 gross performance bonus
• €7.23 net/day – meal voucher - issued as a prepaid card
• 20 €/month - transport subsidy

• Full time (CDI) employment contract with 3 months trial period (according to the Portuguese law)
• We offer remote work system in area: below Coimbra district until Algavre (the Districts: Castelo Branco, Leiria, Santarem, Portalegre, Evoria, Setubal, Beja & Faro)
• Private life friendly working schedule: Monday -Friday (9:00 - 18:00)-40h/5days per week incl. Public Holidays with weekends off!
• If you are from Lisbon you will work from our office in Oriente
• Training is provided at the start of the project

✅ EU citizenship or a residence permit in Portugal is mandatory
