We are international consultancy group specialized on international groups and are looking for candidates to work for our clients.

About The Role:
We are currently looking for an assistant for our international finance/payroll department. It will be working from Portugal but on full teleworking regime for other offices out of Portugal.
Work will not be for Portuguese entities so more than big experience on payroll or finance we are looking for a candidate able and interested in learning new procedures.
Almost all work will be done in English and Spanish.
Being a teleworking position the candidate will need to be highly organized individual able to collaborate online with other members of the international team.
The candidate needs to have a friendly relation with computer applications, ability to pay great attention to detail and high level of excel.
The position has the opportunity to learn new skills and internally grow your career working at higher levels.

What you’ll be doing in the role:
For the moment will be only involved in accountancy. In the future there might be some works on the payroll department
Receiving information from international clients or the international team
Processing it with different accounting applications or producing specific reports in excel or similar.
Contacting clients to solve simple questions or more developed ones by the time
Supporting and helping the rest of the team on various issues that may be needed.
Depending on skills of candidate the above initial task could be easily growth to more complex areas.
Yearly gross salary of 17.000€ with expected variable retribution of 2.000€
