As a Call Centre Agent at our office
in Lisbon (Portugal) you will be responsible to:
• Deliver a high level of customer service over the phone and via email.
• Consistently provide an amazing experience for our customers, whether they are booking online or over the phone.
• Assist every customer find their ideal car rental experience.
• Possess good Microsoft Office
skills and some Global Geography knowledge.
