Integrated on Portuguese site local Human Resources department, this strategic and generalist professional will have the global responsibility over HR development topics in accordance with implemented HR Policies, company strategy and stakeholders needs.
YOUR MAIN ROLE WITH US
Act as trusted people partner, being able to create empathy within all levels of the organization;
Develop talent acquisition processes: from A to Z;
Be the site main point of contact regarding training and people development initiatives, managing training since the identification of needs until evaluation of training effectiveness;
Coordinate local social & motivational plans;
Be a strategic partner regarding employee experience: since hiring to exit interview;
Follow performance management (monthly, quarterly & annual cycles);
Be the main point of contact with local HR service providers: temporary work, HR systems and training entities;
HR Data: ensure – with critical approach - implemented HR KPI’s monthly reporting and propose needed improvement actions;
HR Administration: support contractual management, benefits administration and compliance assurance;
Take accountability over internal communication need;
Responsible by the implementation of new policies and procedures, according corporate guidelines;
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Degree in Human Resources Management, Social Sciences, Management or similar;
Proficient level of English;
Previous experience within a industrial/manufacturing environment of at least 4 years working along with several HR subareas (preferable);
Previous experience working with ATS platforms and ERP systems, namely, SAP and Primavera;
tools advanced user;
Comfortable knowledge regarding Portuguese labour law and social security;
Outstanding analytical and communicational skills. People oriented individual. “Hands-on” approach.
