- You have experience with Customer Support Service; - Have proeficient expericence with CRM Salesforce; - Capability of comunicating on a C1 level of English. Do you have what it takes? Lets find out about your key responsabilities:
- Dealing with inquiries for all British Council services through all channels: phone & e-mail; - Sell a wide branch of services promoted by British Council to clients in order to guarantee their satisfaction with the service; - Guarantee that all the students data is inserted in system; - Guarantee that the payments process is precise; - Guarantee the safety of all the British Council documents and resources. - Work directly with individuals to help them gain the skills, confidence and connections to transform their lives and shape a better world in partnership with the UK; - Direct contract with Adecco RH; - Working hours: 40 hours/week 2 days off per week (Sunday 1) Monday to Friday between 9:00 AM and 8:30 PM.
