We are looking for a Delegate Sales Executive to join our fast paced and successful conference sales team in Lisbon!

You will be required to contact and exploit all opportunities during specific campaigns, meet performance targets, show the ability to work within a successful team maximising the revenue for the events you work on and gain an understanding of the sales process and the financial markets we operate in.

The successful candidate will:

• Be able to demonstrate success in a sales role.

• Have excellent communication skills as this is a telephone based role.

• Have experience in a B2B / Event sales environment. (Preferred but not essential.)

• Have knowledge of the financial & investment markets. (Preferred but not essential.)

This role is best suited for someone who is a confident communicator (you will be on the phone!), good customer service skills, is computer literate and has a hunger to over achieve.

You will be responsible for:

• Keeping a pipeline of all leads to accurately report, forecast and manage the campaign

• Achieving sales targets through targeted campaigns to maximize revenue.

• Cross selling across the events portfolio to maximize profit from each sale.

• Booking and organizing meetings with for clients at the events

• Working in a driven and successful team to motivate and drive one another.

• Establish, and maintain a level of market/client knowledge that can be utilized to assist in the planning and support of present and future events.

• Be proactive in developing ideas that will help you achieve your targets
