We are currently looking for a new member for the Digital Mall Marketing team to join us in the position of Senior Social Content Manager.

Working Place: Sonae Sierra's Central Offices in Lisbon or Oporto

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/master's degree in marketing, management, communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (5 years) in social media management, preferably in a physical retail environment.
  • Experience in creating or managing digital communities and content is valued.
  • Strong creative and strategic thinking skills with a passion for storytelling and brand building.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (in Portuguese and English) with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media content strategies aligned with the digital mall value proposition objectives.
  • Manage compelling, high-quality content including images, videos, and written copy across all digital channels to ensure consistent and timely delivery.
  • Manage relationship and daily work with editorial and content production partners, guaranteeing alignment between strategy, goals and results.
  • Analyze performance metrics and KPIs to track the effectiveness of social media campaigns and optimize content strategies for maximum impact.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and client services, to ensure a successful development and delivery of the digital mall value proposition.
  • Monitor social media trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and optimization.
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices, emerging technologies, and industry standards in social media marketing.
