General Description of the Role and Candidate:
Permanently based in Caldas da Rainha, Portugal, with a hybrid working policy (3 days a week in Caldas da Rainha) you will be working with a wider team of 18 based between Ireland and Portugal. The technology team is made up of 3 other software engineers (2 seniors), 1 Data scientist, 1 Senior UX-UI.
About you:
5+ years experience in front-end software development
Product rollout experience
Single Page Applications
Works with small teams
Proven self-started and manager
About the role:
Develop, maintain and continually improve a cross-platform web + mobile (iOS/Android) front end application
Work with UX-UI team on responsive dashboard layouts and be aware of front end experiences
Lead on implementation of best practices on UX.
Manage work flows with the Ruby on Rails backend to integrate UI components with APIs and databases
Tools used:
Macbook Pro or equivalent
Ionic Framework & VueJS
Tailwind, Figma
Ruby on Rails backend
Heroku & Google Cloud Platform
Google Analytics, Teamwork.com, Slack, MS Teams
