About 01Talent
01Talent was founded six years ago with the objective of revolutionizing access to high-tech jobs in order to address the worldwide need for tech talent.
● We select, train and employ full-stack developers with a two-year intensive program based on an innovative curriculum in software engineering and programming.
● Our pedagogical system, created by our co-founder Nicolas Sadirac and our Tech team, is based on peer-learning and collective intelligence. Collective Intelligence Centers that run on the 01edu platform have no classes and no teachers, and students personalize their learning schedule through a gamified learning experience.
● Our Centers are open to all backgrounds, require no diploma nor previous knowledge in programming. Selection is based on motivation and merit.

01Talent is a growing team of 40+ people based mostly in Lisbon, Paris, Madeira, as well as remotely across different locations.

What you will be doing
You will work closely with our local partners and internal teams, to implement the process of educational and technological deployment of projects to Customers designated.
Your main responsibilities will be:
● Guide and monitor students and/or computer and digital platform users, identifying and providing support in the software area, according to individual needs.
● Record the activities and progress of all students and/or users, identifying difficulties and proposing individual learning plans.
● Ensure a deep understanding of the 01Edu pedagogy and its concrete applications, with the ability to explain it to different stakeholders.
● Ensure credibility with corporate partners and understand their technical requirements.
● Guarantee access for students and/or users to the support services as required,
● Support partners, or external entities, collaborating in the preparation of internship modules or placements.
● Check causes of failures and/or bugs in computer programming.
● Attend curriculum meetings at international and local levels.
● Develop software.
● Maintain Software.
Experience and Skills we are looking for:
● Bachelor’s degree or similar in (computer science or software development).
● Minimum of (2). years’ experience in similar functions (ideally in startup or scale up environment);
● Strong experience in an environment using 01Edu peer to peer (P2P) learning platform
● Strong understanding of the digital ecosystem and new technologies.
● A coding background with a hands-on mentality and openness to learning new areas.
● Experience providing technical support and professional services in an higher education context
● Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to collaborate with different stakeholders and teams.
● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills in combination with technical savvy to make good decisions in a dynamic environment.
● Ability to prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with a strong attention to detail.
● Proactivity, dynamism and adaptability to change.
● Availability to travel abroad and stay in place for the time needed to implement the projects in the Centers.
● Strong command of English and French (verbal and written).
