Kelly Technology is currently recruiting a Project Manager (f/m/d) to directly integrate our client.

As a Senior Project and Service Manager, you will play a crucial role in directing and managing projects, ensuring the successful delivery of IT services. You will be responsible for overseeing the complete project lifecycle, optimizing service quality, and mitigating risks associated with client operations.


Project Management:

  • Embrace management processes and culture.

  • Lead and manage complex IT projects from initiation to completion.

  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.

  • Allocate resources effectively and monitor project progress.

  • Identify and proactively address potential project risks and issues.

  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

  • Prepare reports and conduct management meetings.

  • Manage the flow of information from the client to the team.

  • Plan, initiate, execute, supervise, and close assigned projects and programs.

  • Suggest strategies to achieve project goals.

  • Work closely with different stakeholders in the client's team and internally.

Service Delivery:

  • Supervise the delivery of IT services to the client.

  • Develop and maintain service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Monitor service quality and customer satisfaction, making improvements as necessary.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Team Leadership:

  • Build and lead a cross-functional team.

  • Provide mentoring, coaching, and development opportunities to team members.

  • Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team culture.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Communicate effectively with management and the client.

  • Address concerns, seeking service excellence.

Problem Solving:

  • Navigate and excel in challenging business environments, adapting to changing circumstances.

  • Implement innovative solutions to overcome obstacles and achieve project and service goals.

  • Coordinate dependencies with other client teams.


  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Telecommunications, Business Administration, or similar),

relevant certifications preferred (e.g., PMP, ITIL).

  • Proven experience (7+ years) in project management and service delivery within the IT field.

  • Ability to oversee multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • Demonstrated success in managing projects in challenging business environments.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • International and open-minded attitude, being ready to work in a multicultural and inclusive


  • Exceptional risk management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.

  • Proficiency in both Spanish and English.

  • Availability for hybrid work.

  • Availability to work outside regular business hours as needed.
